Day 1
・Begin your journey with a caving experience at Akiyoshidō, where you'll feel the flow of Yamaguchi’s underground waters.
・Enjoy a farm-to-table lunch at a renovated 100-year-old farmhouse, followed by a visit to the historic Nagayama Sake Brewery.
・Check into a traditional ryokan in Yuda Onsen and end the day with an exclusive dinner featuring local seasonal flavors.
Day 2
・Start your morning with a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. Then, go behind the scenes at Asahi Shuzo to explore the world of Dassai sake.
・Teppan-grilled Takamori Wagyu Steak Lunch – Raised on Dassai Sake Lees
・The tour concludes at Shin-Yamaguchi Station.
